Renishaw’s Raman microscopes provide chemical information at a spatial resolution of less than 1 micron. Renishaw’s spectrometers perform from 244 nm to 830 nm, analyze to within 10 cm-1 of the laser line and include direct 2-D Raman and photoluminescence imaging. Process and forensic Raman spectrometers interface options include optical, AFM and SEM microscopes.
