McCrone Research Institute is a member of Club Quarters full-service business hotels in prime city locations. Club Quarters Central Lopp is the recommended hotel for students attending McRI courses, with rates starting at just $84. Club Quarters will provide a free hospitality suite with snacks and beverages for students on the Sunday night prior to the course.

All Club Quarters feature 24-hour Member Service Desk/Concierge, private Club Room with free use of a computer, printer, and Internet, free use of an onsite fitness room and complimentary bottled water stations on all floors. Guestrooms have the latest in workstation design with ergonomic chairs and free Internet access.

Chicago’s Essex Inn offers discounted rates to our students, if you mention that you are a McCrone Research Institute student. Reservations need to be made at least 14 days in advance to the course start date at the Essex in order to receive the discounted rate. For the best results, call directly between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. and be sure to identify yourself as a McCrone Research Institute student. If you cannot call the Essex during business hours, please submit your reservation request to reservations@essexinn.com in order that your reservation receives the McCrone Research Institute special room rate.

Most classes end Friday at noon and we suggest that you do not schedule plane departure before 3pm.
